Oloye Oladipupo Olanrewaju, Esq.

A Life of Service

Oladipupo Olanrewaju is a Nigerian legal practitioner, corporate compliance professional, and community development advocate with more than 20 years of experience spanning legal practice, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, government relations, community engagement, and organizational administration.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Ogun State University and was called to the Nigerian Bar after completing his professional training at the Nigerian Law School. He is also a member of the International Congress of Ifa/Orisa Spirituality, where he serves as Legal Advisor and International Executive Board Liaison. Throughout his career, he has served in senior legal and management positions within leading organizations, including E & GB Nigeria Limited, Van Oord Nigeria Limited, Obat Oil & Petroleum Limited, and private legal practice through Oladipupo Olanrewaju & Co. Legal Practitioners.

Driven by a passion for child protection, education, and community development, he founded Bifatife Heritage Foundation to promote safer communities, protect vulnerable children, and empower families through advocacy, awareness, education, and strategic partnerships. Through his work with the International Congress of Ifa/Orisa Spirituality, he is also dedicated to creating a culturally rich heritage in Nigeria that stays true to Indigenous heritage and culture.

April Adams, MA LPCC

Co-Founder & Director of Mental Health Programs


April Adams has a master’s in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 20 years of experience providing mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, families, and communities.

She currently works in Private Practice n Los Angeles, California, where she provides crisis intervention, comprehensive mental health assessments, and evidence-based treatment for individuals experiencing complex behavioral health challenges.

Throughout her career, Ms. Adams has worked extensively in community mental health, addiction treatment, private practice, case management, and clinical supervision. Her expertise includes trauma-informed care, crisis response, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, family support services, and culturally responsive counseling.

As Co-Founder of Bifatife Heritage Foundation, she provides leadership in child protection, trauma recovery, family resilience, mental health education, and psychosocial support programming. Her vision is to ensure that vulnerable children and families affected by violence, insecurity, displacement, and adversity have access to the support and resources needed to heal and thrive.

Ms. Adams holds a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Lindenwood University and is a member of the International Congress of Ifa/Orisa Spirituality, where she serves as International Executive Board Welfare Officer and Interim PRO. She has dedicated her career to advancing mental wellness, community empowerment, equitable access to behavioral health services, and creating a culturally rich heritage in Nigeria that stays true to Indigenous heritage and culture through her work with ICOS.
