The Meaning of Bifatife
Bifatife is a Yoruba name associated with purpose, alignment, and trust in lifeโs path. Bifatife can be understood as โas it is meant to be,โ expressing purpose and acceptance.
The name is described as the desired revelation of Olodumare through the voice of Ifa. It was given during the World Ifa/Orisa Festival and Spiritual Pilgrimage in Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria, on May 19, 2024, in alignment with spiritual guidance connected to Ogunda Obara and the foundersโ shared path of service.

Bifatife Heritage & Development Foundation is a non-governmental organization committed to supporting cultural, ancient heritage, spiritual development, and community empowerment.
The foundation is registered as Bifatife Heritage and Development Foundation (CAC Reg. No. 9348168) in Alagbado, Lagos State, and is also registered with the Ministry of Arts, Culture & Creative Economy in Ekiti State. Our work centers on preserving heritage, advancing values-driven development, and assisting underserved communities through education, empowerment, and responsible stewardship.
The foundation also serves as an authorized support body for approved cultural initiatives that align with its mission and public service commitments.
2026 Festival
Supporting 2026 World Ifa/Orisa Festival & Pilgrimage Oke, Igeti.
While the International Congress for Ifa/Orisa Spirituality (ICIOS) awaits formal registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission in Nigeria, Bifatife Heritage & Development Foundation is authorized to assist with organizing the World Ifa/Orisa Festival and Spiritual Pilgrimage scheduled for May 23 to May 31, 2026, in Ekiti State, Nigeria.
This support includes receiving donations, sponsorships, grants, and membership support on behalf of ICIOS; printing program flyers and materials; assisting with logistics; coordinating with local authorities and stakeholders; and performing other acts needed to help deliver the festival and pilgrimage responsibly.
